Every Wednesday is our sport day. I choose the badminton. It is a very good sport, enough and safe.
It is very hard to persist something for a long time. From the Wednesday badminton activity, I've seen a lot of faces. One group come, one group go. Fortunately, I did a good job at this point. I am the most active member of the sport. Only other two member did the same level, Mr. T and Mr. S. Their skill is far better than mine.
What is meaningful, I've learned a very useful key to play better. In fact, I am always not able to hit the ball easily, and I beg it the fault of my power. Mr. S taught me that the reason is my wrong way. When hitting the ball, I should not hold the racket too tightly.
Value your health. Force yourself work out as a routine. Health is very important in one's life, without it, nothing is meaningful.
