Today reviewed a technical scheme, there was a war. I invented a scheme, Mr. Y imported another scheme, and Mr. T designed one more scheme. In fact, all of these is OK, we need to make a decesion. Actually T's is very simple, and the only thing we are not sure is its effiency. Y's scheme is based on T's, it may make the effience, but there is no need to build a middle layer. After I understand both of their shemes, I prefer T's scheme. But whatever we talk about, Y don't agree with us. He strongly persist his own perfect scheme. Long long later, we give up.
Learned 2 point:
1. Understand others' opinion is very very important, communicate with misunderstanding is totally a waste of time, and will lead to a bad result;
2. Analysis all the option calmly, list all of the advantages and disadvantages, find out the unknown facts, and then make a smart choise.
3. If there is a better choise, don't stick to your own not that good opinion for any reason, be result-based.
I will negotiate with Y tomorrow, to persuade for the best scheme.
