Larry Lang, The Chinese Salary, House Price, Innovation, and More

Today watched some speeches of Mr Larry Lang, it seems, learned something.

He mentioned a lot, contain the salary of Chinese people, the price of the house, the business facts, the innovation, the function of goverment, the envirenment, and somethings of the other countries.

It is wonderful, he is very smart and confident, he anylisised real reasons of the facts, he learned the history, compared all kinds of data to support his conclusion, and he is good at inserting his voice into a group discussion, as well as a good story teller.

Here are some opinions:
1. The ration of salary and GDP in China is unbelievable low, the working time in China is the longest. This is because, we Chinese, as the manufactoring machine, have no right to determine the price. Not only the sale price, but also the material price. The America take $3.5, then we take $0.1.

2. The price of the houses in China is high, the deep reason is clear: the business environment is becoming from bad to worse, the entrepreneur found that their bussniss profit is becoming lower and lower, it is not wise to go ahead, so them quit their own business. But the money is always depreciating, the stock market is gambling, the real bussniss is not wise, the only choise for them is the house. They wish that the house could prevent the depreciation. So, the house price become higher and higer.

3. Both export and import business shrinked fastly, it is very dangerous! It means the lose of jobs, the high unemplyment.  (I think that the real depression of China is about to come, not today, maybe tomorrow. Today is not the worst, our hard lives will come, it will hit us heavily.)

4. The innovation of China at most areas is aborted. For instance, the national enterprise innovation fired the workers, but at the same time, borned the owners from the management team; the educational innovation rob the poor students' college dream; the medical innovation is very hard, no nation succeed, and today we are not able to afford it, the emergency treatment at Hongkong is free, but we Chinese need to offer bail, otherwise, please wait for the death. These things happen all the time, now we see them no big deal. In the America, the CEOs should take the trust responsibility, the cost of the cheat is too heavy, but in China, the officers need no responsibility, their cheats are here and there, and who cares? When the foreign goverment follow the voice of their people, they go ahead carefully to protect their fellow, we are now rudely innovation, with the nominal of "marketism", benefit a small group of officers and merchants,  make the nation take the cost. It is totally unfair. The innovation has violated Mr. Deng Xiaoping's original direction.

In short, one should find out the fact behind the world, then can you make the right choise.
