Huawei is a high-tech enterprise with wide market, big system and big frame. Its vision demands every employee’s teamwork cooperation. Without this platform, it is very difficult to construct your brilliant to build something. So, these who don’t want to take the responsibility, who don’t like cooperation and teamwork will lose their chance to make progress in Huawei. Attending Huawei does not mean high salary, because the company determine the salary based on your contribution and responsibility. If you lock yourself, afraid of others’ high performance, it will take a longer time. Maybe at that time, your production is meaningless. Practise is the foundation of your improvement, it checks your disadvantages. As long as your exposing, will you receive progress. Practise again and again, is very important to the young generation. The leap comes from the academic summary of the real practise. It is said that a company without record will break down. How aculeated! A company does not good at summarizing has no future, so does a man.
