Excellent vs Very Good

Mr. X do as the technical leader, as the quality of the product is not that good, he won a performance of Very Good.

Mr. W do as the market support and development leader, even the quality of the product is not that good, we won an important war, he won a perfomance of Excellent, another horner of golden award.

To tell the truth, X did more than W, tier than W, but, the result is not that attractive.

This tells something!

If the position exchange, the Excellent will also belong to the market position.

Conclution: take the key job, take the visual job, if there is not a job like this, create one!
